Nicks went on to say that she alone had signed up for rehab, which included a stint in her early forties at the notorious Betty Ford Center co-founded by former U.S. First Lady Betty Ford in 1982.

She also remembers signing her first recording deal, teaming up with Lindsey Buckingham as bandmates and lovers, resulting in a recurring romance for many years, and going solo while staying at Fleetwood Mac.
