Early life

Cole was born in Stepney, UK on December 20, 1989. He is the first son of Ron Callender and Sue Cole and has a younger brother known as Matthew Callender. Unfortunately, he didn’t grow up around his father. Ron Callender abandoned them and moved to Australia after marrying Sue Cole for seven years.

Ron’s actions prompted Cole to drop Callender as his last name and preferred to be called Ashley Cole. Are Andy Cole and Ashley Cole related? The answer is no. The two players have similar last names but no blood relationship.

Career

Joining the Arsenal Youth Academy started Cole’s football on a high note. Training with the Academy earned him a place in the first team at the age of 18. Arsenal

Chelsea

In addition to playing for the two big English clubs, he was also an international player representing England at youth and senior level from 2001 to 2014. He played in 2002, 2006 and 2010 in the Cup tournaments. world and in EURO 2004 and 2012 competitions.
